Getting Access to your Personal Information:

IDA, Inc. is ID Analytics' wholly-owned subsidiary that issues consumer reports.

To receive a report from IDA, Inc. on the information pertaining to you held by IDA, Inc., please write to IDA, Inc. at:

Your letter should indicate that you would like access to your personal information in our files.

So that we can protect the security of this data, your letter must also include the following information to verify your identity

  1. Your first name, last name, full address including postal code, date of birth and Social Security number.
  2. You also must submit two of the following forms of verification documents (one of which must contain a picture ID).
    1. A copy (front and back) of a state-issued drivers license or state identification card.
    2. A copy of a "recent" cable, utility, or phone statement with an address matching the address you provided in Step 1. "Recent" is defined as no more than 60 days old from the date of our receipt your letter.
    3. A copy of a SSN card.
    4. A copy of a birth certificate.
    5. A copy of a US passport (picture page only).
    6. A copy of a voided consumer check with an address matching the address you provided in Step 1.
    7. A copy of an Alien Registration Card.
